Turkey Tomato Soup Ingredients
Ground turkey - 1 lb
Cannellini beans (drained) - 15 oz
Chicken broth - 14 oz
Diced tomatoes (fresh or canned) - 15 oz
Fresh spinach (chopped) - 4 cups
Cooking Instructions
- Cook turkey until browned and stir to break apart
- Add beans, chicken broth, tomatoes to the pot and bring to a boil
- Add in spinach and simmer for 5 minutes
