Turkey Lasagna Ingredients
Deli turkey breast (thinly sliced & chopped) - 10 oz
Mushrooms (sliced) - 8 oz
Green bell peppers (chopped) - 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) - 1.5 cups
Pasta sauce - 26 oz
Eggs (beaten) - 2 eggs
Fat free cottage cheese - 16 oz
Cooked lasagna noodles - 8
Part skim mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 4 oz
Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp
Fresh parmesan cheese - 1 oz
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cooking Instructions
- Combine parmesan, salt, black pepper, egg, and cottage cheese
- Preheat oven to 350
- Heat olive oil in cooking pan on medium-high
- Add in onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic, and cook until soft
- Add in turkey and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
- Place 4 lasgna noodles in a bakin dish
- Spread 1/2 of turkey mixture on top, with 1/2 of the parmesan mixture
- Place the remaining 4 lasagna noodles and top off with the remaining mixtures
- Spread mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
