Turkey Soup Ingredients
Cooked turkey (chopped) - 1.5 cups
Turkey soup stock - 4.5 cups
Onion (chopped) - 1.5 cups
Green onions (sliced) - 1/4 cup
Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 3/4 cup
Minced canned chipotle chiles - 1 tsp
Chickpeas (rinsed & drained) - 15 oz
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
Cooking Instructions
- Heat olive oil in cooking pan on medium heat
- Add in onions, garlic and cook until tender
- Add tomato and cook for anothe 2 minutes
- Now add in soup stock, chipotle, chickpeas, turkey, salt, and bring to a simmer
- Add green onion to each serving of the turkey caldo
