Turkey Philly Sandwich Ingredients
Deli turkey breast (sliced) - 3/4 lb
Onion (slices) - 1 cup
Mushrooms (slices) - 1 cup
Green bell pepper (slices) - 1 cup
Butter - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Sandwich rolls - 4
Mozzarella cheese - 4 slices
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt butter in cooking pan and add in onion, green pepper, mushrooms and black papper - cook until they are soft
- Place this mixture on each of the sandwich rolls with 1 slice of cheese and turkey breast
- Bake at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes then serve
