Turkey Tomato Ingredients
Turkey Breast (sliced) - 2 oz
Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 cups
Olive Oil - 4 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Fresh rosemary - 1 tbsp
Minced garlic - 1 clove
White wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in cooking pan on medium-high heat
- Add in turkey with salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
- Add in tomatoes and vinegar, and cook for several minutes until cooked
- Serve by itself, or over pasta
