Turkey Panini Recipe Ingredients
Fat Free Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Basil pesto - 4 tsp
Turkey breast (cooked and sliced) - 8 oz
Sourdough bread (thin sliced) - 8
Provolone cheese (thin sliced) - 2 oz
Tomato slices - 8 slices
Cooking Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise and pesto, and stir well.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of this mixture on each of 4 slices
- Place 2 oz of sliced turkey on each slice of bread
- Place 2 slices of tomato on top of the turkey
- Finally top off the Turkey Panini with another slice of bread
- Preheat grill pan or skillet on medium heat, coated with non-stick cooking spray
- Cook 3 minutes each side or until the desired golden brown
