Whole milk - 4 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
2 envelopes Knox gelatine
Cold water - 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 3 cups

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

Heat the milk just enough, so not
to boil it. Remove from heat, and add gelatine,
sugar, vanilla, and salt.

Pour into ice cream maker, and follow
manufacturer directions.
