Oat Turkey Burger Ingredients
Turkey Meat Patties
Regular Oats - 1 cup
Ground turkey - 1.5lbs
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 1/4 tsp
Large egg whites - 2
Canned tomatoes (unsalted) - 1 can (14oz)
Other Ingredients
Sandwich buns (toasted) - 6
Leaf lettuce - 6 leaves
Sliced tomato - 6 slices
Cooking Instructions
- Mix the turkey meat patty ingredients, and divide into 6 equal portions and shape each into a1/2 inch thick meat patty.
- Heat grill pan to medium-high heat coated with cooking spray or cooking oil
- Cook the turkey meat patties for 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked
- Place each patty with lettuce, tomato, and bun (you can add whatever other condiments you like
