Turkey Paprikash Ingredients
Turkey breast (1/4 inch thich slices) - 1 lb
Uncooked egg noodles - 8 oz
Onion (sliced) - 1 cup
Fat free chicken broth - 1/2 cup
Reduced fat sour cream - 1 cup
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Paprika - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions without salt
- Mix sour cream, 1tbsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper
- Mix turkey with 1 tbsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and onion
- Heat oil in cooking pan on medium-high heat and add in the turkey mixture and saute for 3 to 5 minutes until the turkey is cooked
- Add in chicken broth and cook for another 2 minutes. Reduce head to medium-low
- Add in the sour cream mixture, and cook for another 1 to 3 minutes until thoroughly heated
- Serve over noodles
