Pork Chops with Cinnamon Apples Ingredients
Boneless loin pork chops - 4 pcs (4 oz)
Granny smith apples (peeled and sliced) - 4 cups
Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the pork chops
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet on medium-high heat
- Cook the pork chops for 3 minutes until cooked, and remove from pan
- Melt butter in the pan on medium heat
- Add in apple, lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar
- Cook until the apples are tender, and serve with the pork chops
