Beef Broccoli Lo Mein Ingredients
Beef flank steak - 1 lb
Egg noodles - 8 oz
Broccoli (chopped) - 3 cups
White onion (sliced) - 1 cup
Light soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Fresh ginger (minced) - 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Chili paste - 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions
- Thinly slice the beef across the grain
- Boil the egg noodle until cooked, then drain the water, and set aside
- Heat olive oil to high heat in skillet
- Add in ginger and garlic, stir for 15 seconds, then add in broccoli and onion - sautee for 3 minutes
- Add in beef and cook until the beef is cooked
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, and chili paste - mix well
- Add in egg noodles, and stir for 1 to 2 minutes
