Pork and Cheese Quesadillas Ingredients
Lean ground pork - 1lb
Onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup
Green onions (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Canned green chilies (chopped and drained) - 1 can (4.5 oz)
Flour tortillas (6.5 inch) - 8
Mexican cheese blend (shredded) - 6 oz (1.5 cup)
Fat free sour cream - 1/2 cup
Salsa - 1/2 cup
Minced garlic - 2 tsp
Cooking Instructions
- Heat a skillet coated with cooking spray on medium high heat.
- Add in onion, garlic, pork and chilies
- Place 4 tortillas in a baking tray and spread about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of pork mixture on each, and top off with 1/3 cup cheese, 1tbsp green onions, and 1 more tortilla
- Broil the quesadillas for about 2 minutes on each side and cut into 4 wedges
- Serve with sour cream and salsa
