Asparagus Chicken Soup
Chicken breast fillet - 150g
Egg white - 1 teaspoon
Corn starch - 1 teaspoon
Asparagus - 100g
Chicken stock - 3 cups
Salt and black pepper

Thinly slice the chicken, and mix with
egg white and starch.

Cut asparagus into 2 cm sections.

add in the asparagus. When the chicken soup stock is
boiling again, add in the chicken.
