Coarse Italian style bread - 6 slices
Tomatoes - 2 (thickly sliced)
Mozzarella cheese - 6 slices
Garlic - 2 cloves (crushed)
Red onion - 1/2 (thinly sliced)
Cilantro - chopped
Olive oil - 4 tbsps
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper - add to taste

Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic,
salt, pepper, and sugar together.

Mix the tomato slices into the mixture,
and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Then drain the
marinade juice.

Broil the bread slices until both
sides are golden. Top off with a slice of cheese.
Broil until the cheese melts.

Place the tomatoes slices on top
of the bread and sprinkle with cilantro.
