- Carrots (shredded) - 2 cup
- Celery (shredded) - 1 cup
- White onions (thinly sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Red bell pepper (thinly sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onion (thinly sliced) - 1/4 cup
- White vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chili oil or hot sauce - 1/2 tsp (or more if you like it spicy)

- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetable ingredients, and make sure to mix well
- In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and chili oil
- Pour over the carrot mixture and toss lightly
