Spicy Salsa Recipe

If you like salsa, and if you love spicy food, this is just the salsa recipe you're looking for.

  • Canned tomato - 1 can (28oz)
  • Fresh tomato - 2 large
  • White onion - 1
  • Cilantro - 2 cups
  • Jalapenos - 5 to 8
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • Basil leaves - 1/2 tbsp

Spicy salsa cooking directions

  • Drain the liquid from the canned tomato
  • Grill the tomatoes, white onions, and jalapenos on open flame to add a bit of a smokey taste
  • Dice up all the ingredients and mix everything in a food processor
  • Pulse until everything is finely diced and mixed
  • Depending on how spicy you like it, you can add more or less jalapenos
