If you like salsa, and if you love spicy food, this is just the salsa recipe you're looking for.
- Canned tomato - 1 can (28oz)
- Fresh tomato - 2 large
- White onion - 1
- Cilantro - 2 cups
- Jalapenos - 5 to 8
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 3/4 tsp
- Basil leaves - 1/2 tbsp
Spicy salsa cooking directions
- Drain the liquid from the canned tomato
- Grill the tomatoes, white onions, and jalapenos on open flame to add a bit of a smokey taste
- Dice up all the ingredients and mix everything in a food processor
- Pulse until everything is finely diced and mixed
- Depending on how spicy you like it, you can add more or less jalapenos
