Mango Chutney - 1/4 cup
Golden diclinous apple - 1 (cored and finely diced)
Celery - 1 cup (finely diced)
Red onion - 1/4 cup (diced)
Low fat mayo - 1/3 cup
Salt and pepper - add to taste

Mix all the ingredients together, and add salt and pepper to season.

Use to serve on top of greens.
