This amazing pizza recipe makes bite
sized pizzas that has only about 3grams of fat! This
pizza recipe not only tastes great, it's also a lot
of fun to cook and eat.
Miniature Ham And
Pepper Pizzas
1/2 loaf of bread
Parma Ham - cut into strips
1 roasted red pepper
1 roasted yellow pepper
50g of reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Black pepper
Basil leaves

Cut the bread into 2cm thick slices,
and toast until golden.

Cut the roasted peppers into strips,
and place on the bread with the ham.

Cut the mozzarella into slices and
place on top of the pizza. Sprinkle some pepper
on.

You can either grill of oven bake
these pizzas. They won't take too long to cook.
Cook until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with basil leaves.
You can use any type of bread for this
pizza recipe. I like using garlic bread. It adds a
little extra flavor.
