Cantaloupe - 1
Honey dew - 1
Water melon - 2lbs
Strawberries or raspberries - 175g
Cut all the melons in half. Then get rid of all
the seeds. Cut the strawberries into smaller sizes.
(About same size as the melon balls)
With a melon scoop, try to make as many round balls
as you can from all the melons.
Combine all the melon balls and strawberries in
a large bowl, and chill for at least an hour. Then
serve.
